Beachfront Residence – Jane’s Latest Project

Above all, Jane’s clients approached her to discuss designing their beachfront residence. As a result, Jane’s clients were renovating their beachfront residence which they use for when they are down at the beach. Because, the design concept was too cater for a modern seaside design.  Furthermore, given the moderate budget of Jane’s client, sourcing unique pieces and furniture was not difficult. Therefore, Jane’s clients did not need to stress about the budget for their home. 

Above all, Jane designed the new living area with furniture. Therefore, the living room of this beachfront residence is the heartbeat of the home. Therefore, keeping the colour palette to blues and sand tones kept the design within the beachfront concept. Consequently, all the window furnishings were custom made. Furthermore, the dining table was modern and from Globewest. Therefore, the table made the space more contemporary. As a result, the dining table offers a point of difference for Jane’s clients.

Beachfront Residence – New Residential Project 

Furthermore, the client did request all of the windows to be replaced with new curtains. Therefore, the use of stripes in the living room and new art work made it look modern. Hence, Jane replaced the existing artwork with the new  Designer Boys art. Rather, Jane sourced new luxury sofas and cushions to make the beachfront residence feel more special. 

As a result, Jane’s trade team and boat builders removed the old existing windows and furniture. Therefore, this allowed for a more modern feel to the home. Furthermore, Jane wanted all of the spaces in the beachfront residence too impress her clients and their friends. In contrast, the kitchen and lounge area were kept open to allow a free flow of traffic in the space.
