Apartment Lobby – New Interior Design Project

First of all, Interior designer Jane Gorman was contacted by her clients to create a refined. Luxury apartment lobby in the iconic Deva apartment building in St Kilda. Also, Jane ensured that this much sought after luxury apartment building features a sunny. Hence, a spacious living environment from the moment the owners and guests walk through the front doors. 

Another, Jane’s clients contacted her through the online platform Houzz. Furthermore. this is a great way for future clients to express their design goals for their project. Finally, Jane worked with her clients to create a Houzz ideasbook. Because, many of Jane’s clients are able to create their own design goals with their ideabooks. Likewise, on this luxury apartment lobby project, Jane created a Houzz ideas book as she worked with her clients to find the style they were looking for. Furthermore, Jane then met with her clients and provided her expertise on how to accessorise the space. As a result, with bespoke products and to ensure it remained practical. 

Apartment Lobby – Multiple Seating Areas

Therefore, a key design feature of this space is the creation of multiple sitting areas for Jane’s clients. Above all, given there are many apartment owners in the building there are several sitting areas for Jane’s clients to use. Therefore, spaces within spaces was essential when designing the space for her clients.

Furthermore, a challenge for Jane was to ensure the space. Although albeit luxurious remained practical for the owners. Due to, given the luxury apartment lobby attracts a high volume of daily traffic the placement of soft furnishings was crucial. Hence, Jane has created spaces within spaces to allow the apartment owners to use their lobby for many different uses. Therefore, whether it be entertaining family/friends or hosting their body corporate meetings. Jane’s clients have a luxurious yet adaptable space. As a result, Jane will be releasing more images shortly of the project. Hence, the apartment will feature many unique and bespoke products.
